In order to expand and strengthen our market position, we invite you to join our commercial real estate team.
Nature of work:
- initiate commercial real estate sales and lease transactions;
- advise clients on the choice of sales and lease strategies;
- analyze the real estate market and the transactions and processes taking place in it;
- prepare real estate proposals and present them to clients;
- maintain relationships with clients - real estate funds, investors, developers and other real estate market participants;
- cooperate with colleagues and external partners for the smooth organization of transactions.
Our expectations for a new team member:
- sincere desire to learn and the desire to become a valued advisor;
- high internal motivation and the attitude that anything is possible;
- stubbornness, consistency and proactivity;
- experience in real estate, B2B sales or consulting is an advantage, but if you do not have it - we will teach you;
- good command of English.
