Main responsibilities:
We are looking for someone who can confidently manage situations, communicate professionally with customers and be a reliable partner for both the team and the international Mercedes-Benz network representatives.

What will you do?
✧ I will consult clients on repair, technical service and warranty issues.
✧ You will be the main contact between clients and foreign Mercedes-Benz authorized services.
✧ I will coordinate the flow of information and ensure smooth cooperation between all participants in the process.
✧ You will prepare and administer the necessary documentation.
✧ I will cooperate with Mercedes-Benz factory representatives and the international service network.
✧ I will actively follow changes in service products, processes and technical solutions.
✧ You will ensure timely and clear communication of information to clients and the team.
✧ You will contribute to creating high quality customer service and strengthening long-term relationships.
