Join City Service - the leaders in the building maintenance market in Lithuania. We are looking for a colleague who would take care of the technical maintenance of commercial buildings (offices, retail and other objects) of business clients and be the main contact for clients on all issues related to building management.
This is a position for someone who wants to see the result of their decisions in the daily operation of buildings - from the operation of engineering systems to customer satisfaction and project profitability.

What are you going to do:
- You will be the main contact for business clients and take care of their needs;
- You will organize and control the maintenance and repair work of commercial objects;
- You will prepare commercial proposals, participate in tenders, negotiate terms;
- You will plan and monitor project budgets, monitor costs and profitability;
- You will analyze results and prepare periodic reports for clients and management;
- You will delegate tasks to a team of technicians/engineers and monitor the quality and deadlines of work;
- You will coordinate service providers and contractors, ensuring that the work is performed safely and with high quality.
What do we expect from you:
- Have experience in project management in construction, building management, engineering systems or similar fields;
- Understand building engineering systems (heating, ventilation, refrigeration, electrical engineering, etc.) and want to learn more in this area;
- Be able to plan work, meet deadlines and take responsibility for the result;
- Have a category B driver's license.
An advantage if:
- Have experience in real estate administration / building maintenance (FM) / commercial property management;
- Have a technical / engineering or management higher education;
- Know English well enough to communicate with clients or partners.

- You like to communicate with clients and look for solutions, not excuses;
- You are independent, proactive and not afraid to make decisions;
- You are able to combine technical understanding with business logic - you see not only the "screws", but also the result of the project.

Salary from 1600-1900 euros in hand.
Plus bonuses depending on project results and personal contribution.
