Computer club administrator

CASTA CYBER CLUB is not just a gaming space - it is a modern and innovative premium-class computer club, an oasis of top-class technologies in the very heart of Vilnius (A. Smetonas g. 5). We are looking for a team reinforcement - an administrator, whose main goal is to ensure the smooth operation of the club, high quality customer service and create a cozy, comfortable atmosphere for each visitor.

● Professional customer service: welcoming visitors, providing information, consulting and selling services (working with the cash register).

● Ensuring the smooth operation of the club: preparing and maintaining workplaces, maintaining computer and other equipment, assisting customers in resolving technical problems (training is provided).

● Maintaining order and cleanliness: constant environmental control in order to maintain the highest standards of hygiene and aesthetics; monitoring order, security and compliance with club standards.

● Participation in filming videos for social networks.

● Rotating shift work schedule (day and night shifts according to a set cycle) - 5 working days, 5 days off. There are night shifts.

● Polite, professional and clear communication with clients and colleagues. EXCELLENT KNOWLEDGE OF LITHUANIAN AND RUSSIAN, BASIC ENGLISH IS REQUIRED.

● Quick orientation, effective work organization, ability to maintain quality under heavy workload.

● Basic computer skills, basic knowledge of computer games.

● Positive attitude towards work and motivation to grow with the team and achieve set goals.

● Attentiveness, diligence, ability to notice and promptly respond to small but important aspects.

● Ability to comply with established work and club rules, punctuality, timely and consistent performance of all shift work and tasks.

Experience is not necessary - we will train you for everything you need for the job. Before starting work, you will need to complete an internship, during which you will become familiar with the specifics of the job and receive all necessary training.
