Nature of work
- Administer the general e-mail of the Crisis Center "One Stop" and answer phone calls;
- Receive, register and coordinate incoming inquiries;
- Prepare and conclude service agreements with service recipients;
- Coordinate the work of internal and external specialists, monitor their employment and vacancies;
- Coordinate the queues of service recipients and direct them to appropriate services;
- Maintain and fill in the registers of the Crisis Center "One Stop" and ensure data accuracy;
- Prepare responses to inquiries from residents, partners and institutions;
- Coordinate the provision of the Safe Space service;
- Organize meetings, group activities, case discussions and other coordination processes;
- Cooperate with the team and partners in finding the best solutions for service recipients.
What do we expect from you?
- Experience working with families or in other areas of social work (volunteer experience will also be considered);
- Good computer literacy skills;
- Positivity and ability to maintain emotional balance in difficult situations;
- Ability to independently plan and organize one's work;
- Easy contact with various people and cooperation skills;
- Fluent Lithuanian (written and spoken), English and/or Russian is an advantage;
