NARBUTAS is currently looking for a responsible and diligentassembly worker to work in a sewing shop.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Assembling cut parts before sewing.
• Cutting zippers according to the specified dimensions.
• Marking and preparing profiles for production.
• Maintaining order in the workplace.
• Other auxiliary work in the sewing room production process.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIREMENT:

• Diligence, attentiveness and responsibility.
• Ability to work according to the established work procedure and instructions.
• Ability to accurately assemble product parts and materials.
• Ability to work in a team and meet set deadlines.
• Good eyesight and the ability to recognize different parts, materials and their marking.
• Willing to learn and master new work processes.

• Similar work experience would be an advantage, but not necessary - we provide on-the-job training.

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Stable working time organization - shift work schedule (Monday-Friday, 6:00-14:30 / 14:30-23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.
• In addition to the basic salary – the opportunity to earn more through the bonus system: up to 10% for work results and up to 5% for attendance (after the trial period).

SALARY:

Hourly wage: €9.31 - €11.32/hour excluding taxes.

Average monthly wage: €1,593 - €1,894/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

FOR PRODUCTION: (Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.)

The organization applies cumulative working time accounting.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
