Assembler/logistician (cabinet furniture production)

NARBUTAS is currently looking for a Compiler.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES AND GOALS:

• Ensure that all necessary parts are prepared and delivered to the production bars on time.
• Coordinate tasks between different production stages to ensure that the process runs smoothly.
• Respond promptly to urgent orders, accelerate their execution in the production chain.
• Maintain effective communication and coordination between different production departments.

SUCCESSFUL WORK WILL REQUIRE:

• Responsibility, diligence, desire to improve and grow competencies.
• Similar work experience (advantage).
• Driving an electric forklift (advantage).

THE COMPANY OFFERS:

• Stable working time organization – shift work schedule (Monday–Friday, 6:00–14:30 / 14:30–23:00), weekends off, cumulative working time accounting is applied.

SALARY:

Hourly wage: 10.03 - 12.53 €/hour excluding taxes.
Average monthly wage: 1673 - 2090 €/month excluding taxes, depending on the hours actually worked.

Additionally: the opportunity to earn a bonus for responsible and high-quality work according to the bonus system after the probationary period.

The organization applies cumulative accounting of working hours.

The final salary will depend on the experience and competencies.
