The Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) is looking for a communications expert who will help to highlight the importance of RRT's activities and strengthen its visibility through clear, inclusive and relevant communication. Your daily tasks:

  • taking into account the RRT strategy activity directions, prepare an external communication strategy and its implementation plan, detailing target audiences, communication channels, tools and the scope and consistency of their application.
  • implement the communication plan, ensuring consistent and strategically based RRT communication;
  • edit and adapt content prepared by other RRT experts for public communication;
  • ensure the communication of RRT's strategic activity directions and the visibility of its activities in the public space by implementing public information about RRT's activities through various communication channels;
  • develop and maintain relations with the media, initiating relevant topics and finding the most effective ways to publicize RRT's position;
  • contribute to the activities of forming and strengthening RRT's image as an employer.

We hope you:

  • have a higher university education in communication, journalism, marketing, management or related fields;
  • have 3 years of journalistic experience and/or have worked in a public relations agency or organization, preparing press releases and publishing expert comments;
  • are able to communicate complex information to different audiences in a clear, structured and understandable way;
  • have experience in communicating with the media and other interested parties;
  • have excellent written and oral Lithuanian language skills, English language skills - at least B2 level;
  • are proactive, creative, open to innovations and collaborative;
  • we will consider experience in the public sector as a great advantage.
