You will be responsible for:

  • Development of the JUDU communication strategy and coordination of its implementation;
  • Formation and consistent implementation of the company's external and internal communication direction;
  • Planning the work of the communication team, setting priorities and empowering the team;
  • Planning, managing and controlling the communication budget;
  • Supervision of the preparation of the company's external communication content and operational news, announcements related to traffic organization and mobility solutions;
  • Strategic cooperation with colleagues - mobility experts, ensuring clear, understandable communication for residents;
  • Formation and implementation of the company's internal communication strategy, strengthening the culture of the organization;
  • Creation of employee ambassadorship, social responsibility and communication initiatives promoting sustainable mobility;
  • Determination of the direction of development of the intranet website and its effective management;
  • Close cooperation with the Vilnius City Municipality Communication Department and other municipal enterprises, ensuring a unified tone of city communication.

  • Have a degree in communication or marketing;
  • Have at least 3 years of work experience in the field of communication;
  • Have experience in managing communication campaigns and assessing their effectiveness;
  • You react quickly and flexibly to changes and are able to make decisions promptly;
  • You are able to analyze results and make informed decisions;
  • You know how to plan work and responsibly achieve results;
  • You are communicative, able to inspire a team and cooperate with different partners.
