Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a social media communication strategy for strategic brands, ensuring a consistent image across channels and markets.
- Plan and coordinate the creation and publication of social media content, ensuring content quality, compliance with brand guidelines and communication direction.
- Lead the communication team, assign tasks, set priorities and evaluate work results.
- Monitor and analyze social media indicators, achieve agreed goals, provide insights and initiate actions to improve results.
- Plan and control social media advertising budget, coordinate the implementation of advertising campaigns and paid content.
- Grow and activate brand communities, organize cooperation with influencers, brand ambassadors and other partners.
- Monitor brand reputation on social media and coordinate responses to negative feedback and crisis situations.
- Organize photo shoots, prepare creative directions, moodboards and tasks and coordinate their implementation.
- Collaborate with Brands, Export, Categories, Kennel and other departments, coordinate content needs, product news and communication plans.
- Contribute to the development of the AI tool, initiate improvements to its functionality and promote effective use within the team.
Requirements
- Education in communication, marketing, management or related field.
- Practical experience in social media communication management and coordination of content creation processes.
- Knowledge of social media strategy, content planning, community building and communication principles.
- Ability to analyze social media indicators, evaluate results and make data-based decisions.
- Knowledge of social media advertising tools, budget planning and campaign management.
- Ability to lead a team, delegate tasks, set priorities and ensure smooth work.
- Excellent communication, creative and strategic thinking and collaboration skills.
- Good Excel skills, knowledge of social media management tools, such as Meta Business Suite, and skills in using advanced artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
- Fluent communication in Lithuanian and English.
Advantages:
