Nature of work:
- Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness, systematize data, provide reports and insights to the manager;
- Actively contribute to the management and distribution of the marketing/communication budget;
- Develop cooperation with external partners (digital marketing, design, etc.);
- Implement projects to improve the employer's image;
- Coordinate educational campaigns carried out in the Lithuanian market, maintaining relations with municipalities, their relevant departments, and subordinate institutions;
- Ensure the implementation of campaigns in Lithuanian municipalities;
- Help implement the company's external communication strategy (education, media relations, crisis communication);
- Write and edit texts and press releases;
- Actively carry out company communication on social networks;
- Monitor market trends, social environment and consumer behavior.
Requirements:
- Higher education;
- At least 2 years of experience in the fields of communication, public relations or marketing;
- Good knowledge of English (from level B2);
- Independence, organization, communication skills and courage;
- Ability to smoothly coordinate several marketing/communication projects at the same time;
- Ability to promptly perform analytical tasks: work with accounts, prepare reports;
- Experience working with visual content programs, such as Canva, Figma, etc.;
- Experience in preparing/allocating a marketing budget would be an advantage;
- Experience in preparing a communication strategy would be an advantage.
