Communication Project Coordinator

SENJORO organization (www.senjoro.lt) aims to make positive old age a reality for Lithuanian seniors. We provide social services at home to more than 2,500 seniors, in as many as 35 Lithuanian municipalities. We also create various social campaigns, initiatives and events that aim to change society's attitude towards old age and older people.

We are an innovative and courageous organization engaged in meaningful activities and creating bright and interesting projects. We are currently looking for reinforcement in the communication team!

• You will plan and implement creative and integrated communication campaigns, events and other meaningful communication initiatives;
• We hope that you will be not only a coordinator, but also a hands-on person who, if necessary, can prepare text, visuals and otherwise contribute to daily project work.
• You will plan and administer Meta and Google Ads advertising campaigns, using external partners if necessary;
• You will ensure the smooth implementation of cooperation, partnerships and sponsorship projects and the fulfillment of agreed communication benefits for partners;
• You will coordinate the creation and production of SENJOROS attributes, merch and other products, as well as sales promotion measures;
• You will plan and coordinate communication measures and initiatives that promote the attraction of employees and customers;
• You will coordinate the production of communication and representational tools (flyers, leaflets, posters, flags, etc.);
• You will contribute to the physical image of SENJOROS - office design, signage and other solutions;
• You will cooperate with different SENJOROS departments and teams - you will help to translate their communication needs into specific solutions and implement them;
• You will cooperate with the team, suppliers and external partners, implementing projects and creating the content they need;
• You will prepare the monthly newsletter of the SENJOROS organization;
• Together with the team, you will look for solutions on how to do it better, more interesting, faster and easier!

We hope that you:

• You have at least 2 years of experience in the field of communication or marketing;
• You have experience in planning and implementing communication campaigns, events or initiatives;
• You like to look broadly, foresee, plan - you have project management and organizational skills based on experience;
• You are able to work on several projects at the same time;
• You have at least minimal experience in managing Meta and Google ads;
• You are able to create communicative content (visual (Canva), smooth and meaningful texts);
• You do not lack independence, insight and the ability to find solutions, not problems, in complex situations;
• You are communicative, open and not afraid of new paths;
• You are a team player - you want to do better, more, more interesting things together;
• You have a sense of the social sphere - you want to create change and make the world of seniors (and everyone else!) more beautiful.
