We need
AB Grigeo Group is the only one in Lithuania and one of the largest groups of paper and wood industry companies in the Baltic States. In its operational processes, the group covers almost the full cycle of wood and paper component processing - from wood to the product made from it, uniting such companies as UAB Grigeo Hygiene, UAB Grigeo Paper Packaging, UAB Grigeo Tissue and others.

Currently, the team needs:
COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER (fixed-term 2-year contract)
You will be responsible for:
- Formation and consistent implementation of the external and internal communication direction of the group's companies;
- Communication of social media channels, content creation and implementation management;
- Implementation of employer image communication and visual identity maintenance of the group's companies;
- Communication with external communication partners, project coordination and management;
- Smooth cooperation with other departments of the company;
- Adoption of good practices and sharing with the team.
We hope that by joining us you will:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of communication, marketing, public relations;
- Have experience in managing and implementing communication projects in a group of companies or a large organization;
- Knowledge of social media channels and ability to use them effectively;
- Ability to plan communication actions and prepare content in various formats (texts, presentations, information materials);
- Ability to work in a team, cooperate with other departments and take responsibility for the result;
- You are proactive, independent and responsible;
- Ability to plan work and time, have analytical thinking;
- You speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently.
We will provide:
- Salary from 3500 to 4500 Eur/month. excluding taxes, depending on experience and competencies;
- Fixed-term employment contract (2 years);
- Additional bonuses based on achieved results;
- Training, conferences in Lithuania and abroad;
- Additional health insurance.
