Waiting for you:
- Planning, coordinating and implementing external and (partially) internal communication in accordance with the organization's goals, including strategy development, topic calendar, budget and practical actions
- Developing media relations, preparing press releases, articles and coordinating responses to inquiries, engaging in media-initiated projects
- Creating and administering textual content in various channels (e.g. websites, newsletters, LinkedIn)
- Collaborating with partners, public relations and creative agencies, ensuring content quality and smooth project implementation
- Consulting LKU group unions on communication issues and collaborating with colleagues in preparing various communication messages
- Participation in events and marketing activities: coordinating communication tools and representing the company
We hope that:
- Have a higher education in communication, public relations, Lithuanian philology or related fields
- Have at least 2 years of experience in communication, media or public relations (financial sector – an advantage)
- Able to create and edit texts, prepare media releases and other communication content and manage several projects simultaneously
- You express your thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian (English – an advantage)
- You are interested in communication trends, news and proactively seek new opportunities to achieve better results
- You are characterized by sociability, initiative, responsibility and creativity
