Nature of work:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of communication projects;
- Development and maintenance of relations with clients, partners, suppliers and media representatives;
- Planning, management of communication budgets and monitoring of financial indicators of projects;
- Preparation of communication strategies, action plans and communication tools;
- Preparation, editing of informational, expert and marketing texts and coordination of the content creation process;
- Search for experts, organization of cooperation and coordination of content with stakeholders;
- Coordination of social media, digital and traditional communication projects;
- Initiation of creative solutions, generation of new communication ideas and resolution of problem situations;
- Management of multiple projects, deadlines, priorities and risks in a constantly changing environment;
- Representation of the agency at professional events, development of the communication network and monitoring of communication trends.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of work experience in the field of communication or at least 2 years of work experience in a communication, public relations or marketing agency;
- Experience in planning and coordinating communication projects;
- Excellent writing and editing skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian;
- Very good knowledge of English at least B2 level;
- Ability to manage multiple projects and tasks simultaneously;
- Skills in using MS Excel (for budget planning and tracking);
- Skills in applying artificial intelligence and other modern communication tools;
- Independence and result-oriented.
Additional requirements:
Experience in developing and maintaining relationships with media representatives.
