We are looking for a Communications Project Manager to join the Corporate Communications team and take on dynamic communication projects across the Group’s companies – from communication planning and content coordination to active media engagement and implementation of PR initiatives. This is a role for someone who enjoys pace, variety and wants to create a visible communication impact.

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:
- Planning and implementing PR and communication projects within the Ignitis Group and other Group companies as needed – from idea and plan to result;
- Developing and maintaining relationships with the media and other key stakeholders, preparing press releases, comments, Q&A, articles and other external communication materials;
- Preparing communication plans, proposing story angles and coordinating communication about the Group's most important initiatives, projects and news to different audiences;
- Coordinating public relations activities - from preparing communication campaigns and presentation materials to organizing media events, photo shoots or filming;
- Monitoring the public space, conducting media monitoring, analyzing results and improving communication solutions to achieve the set goals;
- Collaborating with colleagues, managers, partners and agencies to ensure timely, high-quality and effective communication.
Important for this position:
- At least 2 years of experience in public relations, communication or reputation management; an advantage is experience in a large organization;
- Experience in planning and implementing communication projects or campaigns from idea to result;
- Experience in working with the media, preparing external communication content and representing the organization in the public space;
- Ability to prepare clear communication plans, identify story angles and adapt messages to different audiences;
- Ability to analyze the communication environment, media monitoring and results and based on insights to propose more effective solutions;
- Excellent written and oral Lithuanian and English language skills;
- Initiative, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and cooperate smoothly with different teams.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,770 to EUR 4,150 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered based on work experience and competence. A variable salary may be paid in addition to the salary.
