The Communications Regulatory Authority (RRT) is inviting a Head of the Communications Department to join the team.
If you are a communications professional and have leadership qualities, think strategically and are able to see the long-term perspective, and know how to create a culture based on motivation and psychological safety in the team, we look forward to seeing you join the RRT.

In this position you will:

  • contribute to the preparation of the RRT strategy and its implementation;
  • participate in planning and organizing RRT internal and external communication;
  • coordinate the communication of RRT events intended for the presentation of activities;
  • implement communication projects;
  • plan the investments necessary for the implementation of initiated projects, search for alternative sources of project financing (EU, international and other funds), communicate with project financing institutions;
  • organize the activities of the employees of the Communication Department.

We hope you:

  • you have at least a higher university education with a bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification (communication and information field is an advantage);
  • you have at least 5 years of work experience in the field of communication;
  • you are familiar with the principles of project management;
  • you have a good command of English.
