Your main tasks are external communication, creation and administration of social network content, maintenance of the institution's website and assistance in implementing creative ideas. - Administration of social networks (Instagram, Facebook): content planning, creation of posts (Stories, Reels, posts), photography, filming and editing of videos.
- Preparation of visual materials and layouts for social networks, website and other communication tools.
- Monitoring, analyzing social media results and providing suggestions for improving communication.
- Maintenance of the website, updating content and preparation of visual information.
- Strengthening visual identity and developing a communication strategy, taking into account the values of the institution.
- Implementation of various current communication tasks.
Employee requirements
- Experience in social media management and the ability to create engaging, authentic and relevant content for the audience.
- Photography, filming and video editing skills, especially when creating short-form content ("Reels", "Stories") and capturing event moments and behind-the-scenes.
- Ability to independently create visual content and prepare layouts for social media and other communication tools. Knowledge of "Canva", "Photoshop" or other graphic design programs is an advantage.
- Excellent writing skills in Lithuanian and the ability to create clear, warm, creative content that reflects the values of the institution.
- Responsibility, organization, creativity, initiative and the ability to independently plan and implement tasks.
- Willingness to learn, improve, be interested in social media trends and work in a team.
