What will you do after joining us?
- You will create social media networks and actively contribute to content creation (writing texts, filming, taking photos or collaborating with partners).
- You will contribute to the development and implementation of internal and external communication plans.
- You will monitor social media trends, analyze results and provide suggestions for increasing efficiency.
- You will collaborate with colleagues in creating content, maintain communication through internal channels and create an internal newsletter.
- You will organize internal events, employee initiatives and collaboration activities with partners.
- You will administer social media accounts and take care of website content.
What do we expect from you?
- At least 2 years of experience in social media, employer branding or internal/external communication.
- Excellent knowledge of social networks and the ability to create and edit content.
- Ability to perform simple layout work.
- Higher education and fluent presentation of ideas in Lithuanian and English.
- Creativity, initiative, energy and the ability to quickly respond to changes.
