The basis of our success is a professional team, therefore we are looking for an energetic and creative Communication Specialist who would become the voice of our internal culture and help strengthen the company's connection with employees and the public.
Your main responsibilities:
- You will create and edit engaging content for internal communication channels (intranet, MELP platform, internal screens) and external networks (social networks, website).
- You will plan and implement communication projects, generate creative ideas and look for innovative ways to disseminate information.
- You will create aesthetic and attractive visual tools that will help effectively convey company messages.
- You will strengthen the position of the employer's image in the market and actively contribute to increasing the engagement of colleagues.
- You will initiate and help organize company events and represent the company in public city spaces and events.
- You will monitor communication indicators, evaluate their effectiveness and provide insights for process improvement.
What do we expect from you:
- Have a higher education and at least 2 years of successful professional experience in the fields of communication, media or public relations.
- You have excellent command of the Lithuanian language, are able to create compelling, structured texts and smoothly represent ideas orally.
- Have experience in preparing press releases, administering social media accounts and creating engaging content for different audiences.
- You are fluent in MS Office and social media management platforms (Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn).
- You are actively interested in the public space, follow current events and the latest communication trends.
- You are able to work in a dynamic environment, are able to respond promptly to changing situations and work successfully both individually and in a team.
Additional advantages (we highly appreciate this):
- Experience in shaping public sector communication.
- Skills in working with visual content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Cloud, etc.).
- Experience in managing crisis situations or taking care of the company's reputation.
