What are you going to do:
You will contribute to the communication strategy of Augalyn's social media.
You will generate ideas and create content - posts, Reels, Stories, surveys and other formats.
I will photograph, film and edit content for social networks.
I will plan communication on different channels and think about how to present what we do to different audiences.
You will monitor social media trends and adapt them to Augalyn, especially those related to food, health and plant-based nutrition.
You will monitor the results of communication and advertising campaigns, analyze what works and what doesn't, and propose and implement changes based on this.
You will independently manage Meta advertising - select audiences, campaign goals and budgets, monitor results.
You will communicate with our audience on social networks, respond to comments, messages and relevant discussions.
You will contribute to Augalyn's campaigns, events and other communication projects - from idea to implementation.

You have graduated from communication, marketing, public relations or similar studies and have work experience in the field of communication.
You write well in Lithuanian and know how to adapt a message to different audiences.
You have experience in managing social media accounts and creating communication on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn or other channels.
You are able to create content yourself – take photos, film and edit.
Social networks are interesting to you not only as a work tool. You follow what is happening on them, you are interested in new formats, trends and want to try them.
You have experience with Meta advertising and understand how to choose an audience, campaign goal, budget and evaluate results.
You are curious, creative and brave – you are not afraid to offer something that has not been tried before.
