About the position:
The goal of the Strategic Communications Manager is to shape the direction of the organization's communications and ensure its integrity both internally and externally. You will be a strategic partner to the CEO, shareholders and TOP managers, responsible for managing the organization's reputation, developing the communication strategy and its consistency.
Main responsibilities:

- Set the organization's communication direction, themes and long-term reputation strategy.
- Ensure that the organization's messages are consistent and unified across all communication platforms.
- Advise managers on reputational risk, employee, customer, media and public reactions.
- Coordinate communication of complex topics.
- Unify internal and external communication into a single logic.
- Manage the organization's reputation and crisis situations.
- Create business value through communication: talent attraction, employee engagement, brand trust, partnerships, loyalty.
- Coordinate communication teams and processes at the Baltic level.
Requirements:
- Strategic communication experience in the development or development of a large brand communication strategy.
- Experience working in a large and/or complex organization.
- Experience in collaborating with top-level managers.
- Experience in crisis management.
- External communication experience, cooperation with agencies and journalists.
