We are looking for a communications manager who can understand what the organization is about and help its people understand each other. NATURE OF WORK:
- Planning and implementing corporate and project communications;
- Creating content for internal and external communication channels;
- Coordinating employer branding and employee engagement initiatives;
- Maintaining continuity of internal events, ambassadorship programs and other organizational initiatives;
- Developing cooperation with educational institutions;
- Coordinating media communications;
- Generating and implementing new communication ideas.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU:
- Higher university or college education in communication, personnel management, marketing or similar field.
- 2-3 years of experience in the field of communication or employer image;
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to create and adapt content for different communication channels;
- Creativity and proactivity in initiating and implementing communication solutions;
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
