You will be responsible for:
- Formation and consistent implementation of the external and internal communication direction of the Group's companies;
- Creation and implementation management of social media channel communication strategies, content;
- Implementation of the Group's employer image communication strategy and visual identity maintenance;
- Communication with external strategic communication partners, coordination and management of projects;
- Smooth cooperation with other company departments;
- Adoption and sharing of good practices with the team.
We hope that by joining us you will:
- Have at least 3 years of experience in the fields of communication, marketing, public relations;
- Have experience in managing and implementing strategic communication projects in a group of companies or a large organization;
- You are familiar with social media channels and are able to use them effectively;
- You are able to plan communication actions and prepare content in various formats (texts, presentations, information materials);
- You are able to work in a team, cooperate with other departments and take responsibility for the result;
- You are proactive, independent and responsible;
- You are able to plan work and time, have analytical thinking;
- You speak and write Lithuanian and English fluently.
