OBJECTIVES OF THE POSITION:
- Develop and implement the organization's communication strategy, strengthening awareness and reputation.
- Plan and implement external communication: PR, media relations, social networks and content.
- Plan communication for fundraising campaigns, including advertising, influencers and partners.
- Manage communication projects and partnerships with agencies, media and other external partners.
- Prepare and edit communication content: articles, reports, website texts and other materials.
- Manage communication during reputational and sensitive situations and coordinate the work of a communication specialist.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Experience in communications, PR or advertising - in an organization or agency.
- Experience working with media, agencies and other external partners.
- Ability to create quality content; experience in writing articles is an advantage.
- Strategic thinking and creativity, along with the ability to independently implement ideas to the end.
- Ability to manage communication in sensitive and reputational situations.
- Good English, necessary for communication with colleagues in an international organization.
