We are expanding our team of confectioners.
What you will do:
- make desserts, buns from puff and yeast dough;
- follow recipes and quality standards so that each dessert is as good as yesterday;
- participate in the development of new desserts and seasonal offers;
- take care of cleanliness and order in the production premises, comply with hygiene requirements;
- track raw material residues and help plan orders for suppliers.
Requirements:
What we expect:
- Pastry chef experience working with layered dough, producing large quantities of products;
- Care and attention to detail – dessert is eaten first with the eyes;
- Ability to work neatly and quickly, especially when preparing for holidays;
- Willingness to experiment and grow with the team.
