Pastry Chef (full-time)

Habits Bakery is a modern bakery in Kaunas, which focuses on high-quality, handmade pastries. Our goal is to create not only delicious, but also aesthetically appealing products that would become a daily pleasure for our customers. We work with carefully selected ingredients, paying great attention to the balance of flavors, texture and visual presentation.

– Daily baking of buns and other pastries according to established recipes
– Production of various creams, fillings and other confectionery components
– Preparation of pastries for display and aesthetic decoration
– Maintaining order and cleanliness of the workplace, compliance with hygiene requirements
– Monitoring the quality of raw materials and their rational use
– Cooperation with the team to ensure a smooth production process

– Pastry experience (advantage)
– Ability to work according to recipes and adhere to established standards
– Diligence, responsibility and attention to detail
– Aesthetic sense and desire to create visually appealing products
– Ability to work in a team and plan your time effectively
– Quick orientation, independence and initiative
– Knowledge of hygiene and food safety requirements
