Nature of work:

production of confectionery products (baking, decorating): preparation of cakes, tarts, cookies, cupcakes, desserts and other baked goods according to recipes;
development and improvement of new confectionery recipes.

Requirements for the candidate:

observance of hygiene rules;
maintaining the cleanliness of the kitchen and workplace;
observance of food safety and hygiene standards to ensure quality and healthiness.
work experience in a pastry chef position would be an advantage.
