Job description

The pastry chef, together with his team, is responsible for the production and preparation of high-quality confectionery products for customers and employees. The work takes place in a separate confectionery workshop, where various desserts, pastries and other confectionery products are made according to established recipes and quality standards.

We invite candidates with experience as a pastry chef and who want to improve their skills in a professional team.

What will you do at work?

• Manufacture of confectionery products according to recipes;
• Preparation of various pastries;
• Making doughs, creams and other semi-finished products;
• Decorating and preparing pastries for presentation;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the confectionery workshop;
• Receive raw materials and their proper use;
• Work 40 hours/week on a rotating work schedule.

We expect from you:

• Knowledge of raw material processing and confectionery preparation technologies, their storage and warehousing conditions;
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and sanitation standards and compliance with them;
• Organization, honesty, responsibility;
• Diligence and attention to detail;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Ability to perform several tasks at once;
• Customer orientation, helpfulness, ability to communicate with different people.
