Job description

Confectioner - kitchen worker, together with his team, is responsible for preparing high-quality food and confectionery products for customers and employees. Work takes place in the kitchen and confectionery workshops, following established recipes, technological processes and quality standards.

We invite applications from both experienced specialists and those who wish to acquire or expand their professional skills in the field of food production.

What will you do at work?

• Production of food and confectionery products according to recipes and technological requirements;
• Preparation of various baked goods, desserts, doughs, creams and other semi-finished products;
• Preparation of food products for production and laying out for baking;
• Cooking food on the grill;
• Decoration and preparation of baked goods for presentation;
• Serving customers at the release line;
• Receipt of raw materials and goods and their proper use;
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen and confectionery workshops;
• Work 40 hours/week on a rotating work schedule.

We expect from you:

• Knowledge of food and confectionery production technologies, raw material processing, storage and warehousing principles;
• Knowledge of health, hygiene and sanitation standards and their compliance;
• Organization, honesty and responsibility;
• Diligence and attention to detail;
• Ability to work in a team and perform several tasks at the same time;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Customer orientation, helpfulness and ability to communicate with different people.
