A newly established international event organization company is looking for a conference program manager. The events are organized in the shipping field. The conference program manager would be responsible for planning and coordinating the conference content, searching for and communicating with speakers, developing panel topics, coordinating the program and ensuring its smooth implementation during the event.
We provide full training, so work experience in this field is not necessary.

Employee requirements
Practical knowledge of spoken and written English;
Ability to independently plan work and meet deadlines;
Good communication and organizational skills;
Ability to communicate professionally with high-level managers and speakers;
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
Experience in the field of conference, event, communication or project coordination would be an advantage;
Ability to travel on business trips during events (4-5 times a year for 5 days);
