Nature of work
- Organization of shift work and distribution of work to employees of the conference and events department working in shifts;
- Active assistance to staff, training of new employees;
- Preparatory work together with the team before conferences/events/parties, their service;
- Preparation of coffee breaks, arrangement of furniture (conference tables, chairs) in the halls according to the order instructions;
- Serving guests during the event and cleaning up after the event.
We need an employee:
- strong team spirit, friendly team member, always ready to help;
- with work experience in events, parties, conferences (or in a hotel);
- understanding that working in a conference and event center is inseparable from physical work;
- fluent in Lithuanian and English;
- with experience in team management and task coordination;
- able to work full-time with a flexible work schedule.
