Conference and Events Coordinator

Oversee the daily operations of all meeting and event spaces, ensuring their flawless execution;
Act as the primary point of contact for event clients, providing the highest level of personalized and professional service;
Work closely with Sales, Kitchen, Food & Beverage (F&B) and Housekeeping teams to ensure the smooth execution of events;
Coordinate the preparation and completion of events, ensuring the highest standards of presentation and functionality;
Monitor event schedules, technical requirements and service progress;
Maximize event revenue opportunities and contribute to the overall profitability of the hotel;
Ensure full compliance with brand standards, local legislation and health and safety requirements;
Maintain inventory and ensure the proper condition of all event equipment and facilities.

Work experience in the field of meetings and events organization (in an international hotel environment - an advantage);
Excellent organizational and planning skills and exceptional attention to detail;
Guest orientation and passion for creating the highest level of experiences;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills;
Ability to work under pressure, maintaining a calm and professional attitude;
Excellent knowledge of English and Lithuanian; additional languages - an advantage;
Knowledge of working with hotel systems (e.g. "OPERA", event management systems) - an advantage.
