About the position
In this position, your ideas will turn into real, production-ready solutions. You will contribute to the development of new products and the improvement of existing products - from technical drawings to the final result. By collaborating with specialists from different fields, you will solve technical challenges and participate in international projects. This is a position for someone who is interested not only in designing, but also in seeing how the solutions they create become a real product.
Primary responsibilities
- Create and develop the company's products;
- Prepare technical drawings and ensure their application in the production process;
- Correct and check existing drawings and technical documentation;
- Analyze and solve problems related to production and quality;
- Cooperate with suppliers and customers in solving technical issues;
- Search for innovative solutions, generate ideas and ensure their implementation.
Employee requirements
- Technical or engineering education (can be a final year student);
- Ability to work with CAD design programs (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.);
- Experience in working with technical documentation and ERP systems (e.g. Navision) (advantage);
- Ability to independently solve technical problems, make decisions within the limits of one's competence;
- English language skills;
- Responsibility and result orientation.
