MA Engineering turns complex industrial challenges into clear and implementable engineering solutions. We work on machine tool modernization, custom equipment development, automation, robotics integration and CE compliance projects.

Our team combines mechanical, electrical, automation and software expertise, so we are looking for someone who is interested not only in “drawing a detail”, but also in understanding how the solution will work in real production.

We are currently inviting a designer to join the team who is interested in custom engineering solutions, production environments and real-life technical projects.
We are open to both a growing specialist who wants to deepen their knowledge and learn from practical projects, and an experienced designer who is looking for new professional challenges, broader responsibility and possible long-term cooperation.

What will you do in this position?

· Design new, custom industrial equipment, their components and mechanical solutions.
· You will work with the SolidWorks program, prepare 3D models, drawings and documentation for production.
· Participate in the preparation of technical solutions for commercial proposals.
· Collaborate with designers, automation, electrical, production and project teams.
· Contribute to the modernization, renovation of existing equipment and improvement of technological processes.
· Coordinate technical issues with the team, and as competence grows - with customers.
· Seek practical, reliable and production-implementable solutions.

The most important thing for us is technical thinking, responsibility, willingness to learn and the ability to create practically implementable engineering solutions.

We hope that you:

· have an engineering education or a solid technical foundation;
· know how to work with SolidWorks or are ready to quickly strengthen these skills;
· understand technical drawings and are interested in preparing technical documentation;
· are interested in mechanics, industrial equipment, automation and technological solutions;
· are attentive to details, responsible, proactive and able to work in a team;
· are able to understand technical information in English.

We would consider experience in a designer/designer position, work with non-standard equipment, metal structures, pneumatics, automation or production equipment solutions as an advantage.

2440-3305 €/mon. gross
The salary range indicated is based on the level of responsibilities and competencies expected for the position. The final offer will be negotiated on an individual basis, based on the candidate's experience, technical competencies, and ability to take on responsibility independently.
