Nature of work

Currently, the team is looking for a designer who is interested in non-standard projects, technical challenges and working with historical objects.

Job Description:

  • Design of the structural part of cultural heritage and capital repair objects;
  • Research and analysis of the technical condition of existing structures of buildings;
  • Development of solutions for strengthening, restoring and repairing structures;
  • Development of technical working projects and structural drawings;
  • Cooperation with architects, project managers and specialists in other parts of the project;
  • Participation in inspections of objects;
  • Development and coordination of project documentation.

Employee requirements

  • Higher education (specialization in civil engineering, structural design);
  • 3 years of work experience as a designer;
  • Experience working with major renovation projects;
  • Ability to work with AutoCAD and SCIA Engineer programs;
  • Knowledge of structural solutions, technical documentation and relevant construction technical regulations;
  • Ingenuity and ability to solve non-standard situations.
