Your main tasks will be:
- provide one-stop consultations to vulnerable residents, municipal representatives, administrators of apartment buildings on issues of financing the renovation (modernization) of apartment buildings, one- and two-apartment buildings
- provide one-stop consultations to vulnerable residents and municipal representatives on issues of sustainable financing of vehicles
- organize and conduct training for vulnerable households and specialists working with them (consultants, administrators, community leaders)
- organize expert and methodological assistance and dissemination of good practice events for residents, municipal representatives and administrators of apartment buildings
- provide methodological assistance for the administration of construction contract, design, construction technical supervision, project expertise contracts
- participate in meetings organized by owners of apartments and other premises of apartment buildings, other participants in the housing sector on the implementation of residential building renovation (modernization) projects
We hope you:
- you have at least a higher university or college education
- you have at least 3 years of work experience in preparing and/or implementing and/or supervising projects financed by the state budget, EU or other international financial instruments
- you have a valid driver's license, giving the right to drive a category B vehicle
