- Maintain contact with existing clients by phone and other remote channels, ensuring high quality of service
- Consult private bank clients in order to understand their needs and offer the most suitable financial solutions - payments, cards, consumer loans, insurance and savings, etc. - solutions
- Proactively present bank products and services, emphasizing their advantages and opportunities to existing and potential clients
- Consistently work towards achieving personal and team sales goals, constantly looking for new opportunities and solutions for clients
- Responsible management of data in bank systems – register, update and store according to established requirements
ABOUT YOU:
- You have a higher education degree
- You have experience in sales, customer service or finance (an advantage)
- You like to communicate and are communicative - you are able to build trust, clearly present your thoughts and argue convincingly
- You are motivated by the opportunity to see the impact of your work and the results achieved
- You know how to work independently, adhering to a clear structure and deadlines
- You are characterized by positivity, initiative, responsibility and openness to innovation
- You are able to quickly absorb knowledge and make decisions
- You have good knowledge of Russian and/or English (advantage)
