Your responsibilities:
- Communicating with customers – by phone or in person – you will help them find the best solutions.
- You will solve various situations, offer the most suitable products and services.
- You will be a customer guide in the world of banking – educate, consult, inspire confidence.
- You will work independently, but you will never be alone – the team is always there!
- Ensure the highest level of customer service and coordinate customer flows, ensure a smooth service process.
- Consult customers on daily services and banking products.
- Understand customer needs and offer them the most suitable solutions.

- You have experience in customer service or sales (an advantage - experience in the financial sector).
- You are able not only to listen, but also to hear customers and colleagues.
- You express your thoughts clearly and fluently in Lithuanian, both in writing and orally (the ability to serve customers in English is an advantage).
- You are curious, proactive and result-oriented.
- You have good computer skills and are willing and quick to learn new things.
