Your responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers – by phone or in person – you will help them find the best solutions.
  • You will solve various situations, offer the most suitable products and services.
  • You will be a customer guide in the world of banking – educate, consult, inspire confidence.
  • You will work independently, but you will never be alone – the team is always there!
  • Ensure the highest level of customer service and coordinate customer flows, ensure a smooth service process.
  • Consult customers on daily services and banking products.
  • Understand customer needs and offer them the most suitable solutions.

We hope that you:


  • You have experience in customer service or sales (an advantage - experience in the financial sector).
  • You are able not only to listen, but also to hear customers and colleagues.
  • You express your thoughts clearly and fluently in Lithuanian, both in writing and orally (the ability to serve customers in English is an advantage).
  • You are curious, proactive and result-oriented.
  • You have good computer skills and are willing and quick to learn new things.
