- Have experience in customer service or sales (an advantage - experience in the financial sector)

- You express your thoughts clearly and fluently in Lithuanian, both in writing and orally (an advantage - the ability to serve customers in Russian and/or English)
- You are curious, proactive and result-oriented
- You have good computer skills and are willing and quick to learn new things
