Your responsibilities:
- Ensure excellent customer service and the implementation of individual and team goals
- Provide clients with advice on daily services and banking products
- Educate and introduce clients to the offered banking solutions
- Understand customer needs and offer services in order to increase sales results
- Coordinate customer flows, ensuring a smooth service process
We expect you to:
- Have experience in customer service or sales (an advantage - experience in the financial sector)
- Able not only to listen, but also to hear clients and colleagues
- You express your thoughts clearly and fluently in Lithuanian, both in writing and orally (an advantage - the ability to serve clients in Russian and/or English)
- You are curious, proactive and result-oriented
- You have good computer skills and are willing and quick to learn new things
