Job description

The Consultant - Planner, together with his team, will ensure an easy and pleasant process of ordering and picking up IKEA products for customers. He will be responsible for communicating with customers and advising them, helping them design kitchen or bedroom furniture, accepting orders and ensuring a smooth picking up process.

Working hours:
Monday – Friday 9:00 – 20:00
Saturday 9:00 – 18:00

What will you do at work?

• Ensuring IKEA sales standards and the best shopping experience for customers;
• Helpful and professional customer advice on furniture planning and purchasing;
• Providing information to customers;
• Support in the order department;
• Work 20 hours/week, flexible work schedule. (fixed-term contract)
