Telephone consultant for e-health issues

We are looking for a colleague who:

• will serve customers by phone and in writing, offer the most effective solutions and provide the best customer service experience;
• will provide assistance to customers using the esveikata.lt system, electronic identification and signature tools, connecting to self-service systems;
• will register, analyze and solve customer problems in cooperation with colleagues from other departments;
• will perform administrative work necessary to ensure the functionality of the Electronic Health Services and Cooperation Infrastructure Information System;
• will provide data for reports, systematize and update information necessary for work;
• will actively contribute to the improvement of the company's activities and strive for high quality work.

In this position, we value:

• higher education or equivalent, may be a student;
• work experience in customer service, sales or marketing;
• English and/or Russian language skills (written and spoken);
• Excellent ability to communicate fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and spoken;
• Ability to independently plan, organize one's activities, make decisions related to direct work functions, independently solve emerging problems, and quickly and clearly present information;
• Knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary for the proper performance of the functions assigned to this position;
• Strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, results orientation, professionalism, cooperation

Salary:

• 1,560 - 1,920 Eur/month. excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
