Telephone consultant for NTR/JAR issues

We are looking for a colleague who:

• will provide information about services to Customers by phone and in writing;
• will clarify customer needs and effectively resolve emerging issues;
• will provide assistance to customers using the self-service of the State Enterprise Registers Center or other information systems;
• will seek the best solutions to more complex customer issues, in cooperation with specialists from other departments;
• will contribute to internal company initiatives to improve service processes and create a better customer experience;
• will ensure high quality customer service.

In this position, we value:

• higher education or equivalent, may be a student;
• work experience in customer service, sales or marketing;
• fluency in English and/or Russian (written and spoken);
• excellent ability to express thoughts fluently and correctly in Lithuanian, both written and oral;
• be able to independently plan, organize one's activities, make decisions related to direct work functions, independently solve emerging problems, quickly and clearly present information;
• knowledge of the legal acts of the Republic of Lithuania and the European Union necessary for the proper performance of the functions assigned to this position (would be an advantage);
• strategic thinking, responsibility, initiative, orientation towards results, professionalism, cooperation

Salary:

• 1,560 - 1,920 Eur/month excluding taxes. The exact salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
