Job description:
- Planning, organizing and executing public procurement;
- Preparing public procurement documents, contracts, reports and advertisements;
- Evaluating suppliers' proposals, examining claims, participating in the work of commissions;
- Providing consultations to employees on public procurement issues, preparing internal rules.
Requirements for an employee:
- Higher university education (master's or equivalent);
- At least 1 year of experience in the field of public procurement;
- Excellent knowledge of the legislation of the Republic of Lithuania and the EU related to public procurement;
- Ability to analyze information, prepare documents, work with MS Office and information systems.
