Primary responsibilities
- Lead the contact center team – ensure that the team achieves the set customer service and sales goals.
- Ensure high-quality and efficient customer service.
- Perform employee selection, organize the introduction of new employees.
- Motivate, develop and evaluate the team, promote professional growth and responsibility for results.
- Provide insights into customer experience and needs and initiate changes to improve customer experience.
- Analyze customer service processes and implement optimization projects to achieve operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with teams from other departments to improve customer experience.
- Prepare reports and analyzes, provide insights to the direct manager for decision-making.
We would like you to
- You would have at least 2 years of work experience in a contact center.
- You would have experience in leading a team, be able to set goals, organize work and motivate a team.
- You would be able to collaborate, have excellent negotiation and relationship building skills.
- You would think analytically and strategically - you would know how to work with data, evaluate results and make data-based decisions.
- You would be a results-oriented, responsible and proactive person who is eager to learn, interested in customer service innovations and looking for ways to improve processes.
- You would have excellent computer literacy skills and be able to work with MS Office programs.
