Contact center team leader in Vilnius

We are currently looking for a Team Leader for Tele2 Contact Center. We hope you will be interested in:

• form, develop and maintain a team of ~10 people;
• ensure that the team achieves the set customer service and sales goals;
• provide insights into customer experience and needs and initiate changes;
• analyze the customer service process and implement optimization projects;
• manage emerging non-standard situations, get involved in solving more complex problems.

In order to succeed, you will need:

• at least one year of team management experience (customer service, sales, call center experience is an advantage);
• leadership qualities and a desire to develop people;
• internal motivation and perseverance in ensuring the best customer service experience;
• a sense of comfort when working in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment.

Fixed-term contract. Base salary from 2230 Eur (excluding taxes), with bonuses it can reach 3350 Eur (excluding taxes) and more. The salary will be discussed with you and will depend on the knowledge and skills you have.
