In this position, you will be responsible for the formation of a new team and the smooth operation of the contact center. Do you think we are on the right track? You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Organizing the sale of services and ensuring high-quality and efficient customer service in the Panevėžys contact center team;
• Searching and selecting employees, organizing the introduction of new employees, taking care of strengthening their competencies and creating a motivating work environment;
• Analyzing the efficiency of the team's activities, initiating and implementing activity optimization solutions;
• Participating in projects initiated by the company, providing proposals and actively contributing to their implementation.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from 2,770 to 4,150 EUR (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
