Primary responsibilities
- Assess the competencies of contact center employees, identify training needs, prepare and implement individual and team competency development plans, monitor progress and provide feedback.
- Ensure the quality of contact center service by performing quality control in accordance with the standards and procedures established in the organization.
- Develop and implement training and development programs for existing and new employees in order to improve employee competencies and customer service quality.
- Analyze customer experience, feedback and service quality indicators, identify areas for improvement and initiate quality improvement actions.
- Monitor quality indicators and their changes, prepare quality reports and analyses, provide insights to the immediate manager and recommendations for decision-making.
We would like you to
- You would have at least 1 year of work experience in the field of customer service and experience in process improvement and training.
- You would be able to present information clearly, attractively and structured.
- You would be a results-oriented, responsible and proactive person who is eager to learn, interested in customer service innovations and looking for ways to improve processes.
- You would be able to work both in a team and independently.
- You would have excellent computer literacy skills and be able to work with MS Office programs.
