Customers come to our service centers with car glass damage. We solve these problems by repairing or replacing car windows and calibrating cameras integrated into the glass. The contact center is usually the place where the customer turns first. Therefore, we strive to find out the customer's needs and provide them with the most suitable solution so that the work is carried out smoothly and exceeds customer expectations.

- Sales of Carglass® services and consulting to customers who contact us by phone, email or through online registrations.
- Customer consulting on social networks.
- Communication and cooperation with other departments of the company.
